Our process begins very simply … we listen.
As Custom Home Builders in Charleston SC, we listen to your desires and dreams for your new home. Our goal is to make your building experience with Zourzoukis Homes as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
STEP 1
The Vision
This is the time when the dreaming begins. These meetings are designed for us to get to know each other. We’ll discover your goals, your vision for your dream home, your lifestyle, and how you will use your home.
STEP 4
The Build
Once your final design and budget are approved, construction gets underway. You will be assigned a Project Manager who manages the project from beginning to end. They will be on-site every day, and will be your point of contact throughout your project.
STEP 2
The Final Concept
Using the vision you shared with us during the discovery phase, the design process unfolds to begin creating a beautiful home tailored just for you. Your architect starts with a simple sketch, then your dream home begins to take shape as the process moves through to finished architectural drawings.
STEP 5
The Finale
Once we have wrapped up construction we will walk the home with you before close to ensure everything is perfect. After you close and move in, we like giving you time to experience your home before we come back to finalize any issues that may have come up.
STEP 3
The Financials
When your home's custom design is complete, you will meet with our estimator and begin the bidding process. At the end of that process, you will be provided with a detailed document that spells out the current construction costs for your home's design. Transparency is essential to our process.
